Employee Onboarding

Please look for an email from hiring@cadence-education.com which will include a link that will invite you into the Cadence Workforce Management system.

Please check your SPAM / Junk folders too and if you do not receive the email to your personal email address, please let us know ASAP! We strive to make the onboarding process as easy and successful as possible. Please make sure that you review and follow our New Employee Onboarding Checklist which will give you all the information you need for a successful onboarding! 

New Employee Onboarding Checklist:

• Visit with one of our Cadence welcome team members to finalize your onboarding

  Complete the Cadence Workforce Management Onboarding Steps
• –
  Show your I9 document(s) to a Cadence team member
• –
  Once you have successfully completed the onboarding and employment eligibility verification (I9) process you can login to the Cadence Workforce Management platform and verify your pay rate and contact information is all accurate

  Complete your Benefits Enrollment before DATE

  I9 Documentation - Please click here for a list of acceptable documents. Please remember you need one item from List A OR one item from List B AND one item from List C, as shown in the graphic below. A member of the Cadence Team will review these documents.
